Our goal is to  present the individual’s "performance persona" truthfully, in a professional and effective manner. We do not seek to sanitize or universalize the presenter but rather to help the individual express his or her particular "voice." We begin by analyzing any existing materials previously authored by the client, and any available visual and aural records of prior presentations.

In direct consultation, our coaches help the speaker to shape the message in terms that reflect the objectives, the occasion, the site, and the strengths of the presenter. We can also serve by researching specialized materials, historical anecdotes, and specific references, and assist with any or all of the actual writing.

The presentation is rehearsed under realistic conditions based on the medium of delivery. The client is made to feel comfortable at a podium before a large audience, in an open room before a committee, on camera, at a microphone, and in the use of materials ranging from note cards to a teleprompter. We tape private rehearsals and offer feedback, analysis and encouragement. In addition, when requested,

Simulations will provide speaker support for adjunct visual materials, and be present to assure that the client receives complete cooperation in relation to technical and administrative concerns. Individualized needs are met by an adjunct staff when voice and speech specialists, masseurs, makeup stylists, and sound and video recording specialists are determined to be helpful.
