Product Scenario Sessions
These are one-day sessions, facilitated by District Managers trained in
our techniques as taught in RSI.
A "Simulator", a professional actor thoroughly familiar with the
company's products and trained to portray specific clients with complete realism
participates in a District Meeting to engage in a series of improvised interactions
interactions with the Reps in the district, coached by the DM.
All the interactions are
recorded on videodisc for subsequent review by the Sales Reps and DMs.
We provide each District Manager with a Facilitator's Kit to help in
preparing for and conducting these sessions, and for the essential follow-up which must be
done in the field to maximize the effectiveness of the program. In addition,
appropriate documentation, such as prescribing date, etc. is provided about each simulated
client to further enhance the realism of the interactions for the Reps.
